Electric carousels rotisseries

Electric carousels rotisseries of the type ADA Ek12, ADA Ek16 and ADA Ek25 are intended for roasting chicken, pork shanks, hams, etc. They are also used for roasting fish (i.e. trout, mackerel). These devices are installed in restaurants, stores, food trucks and food trailers. Our electric rotisseries do not require special ventilation, and thanks to the lighting of the heating chamber, the rotisseries attract consumers’ attention with an impressive display of roasted products. Products intended for toasting are placed in baskets mounted on a rotating drum. The devices have a thermocirculation system and protections that protect them against excessively high operating temperatures. We offer three types of baskets for carousel rotisseries (chicken basket, drumstick basket, roasting pan).

The ADA E rotating electric spit is carefully made of AISI 304 acid-resistant stainless steel and reliable, high-quality components. The toasting process is handled by electric heaters located on the upper wall of the device, the power of which is controlled using ergonomic knobs. The tempered glass door guarantees maintaining the appropriate temperature inside the heating chamber and also ensures the safety of use of the device.

Electric carousel rotisseries are compatible with heating cabinets, thanks to which the devices are even more effective, and products baked in the rotisseries can be placed in the cabinet so that they retain their heat and remain ready for consumption -> Heating cabinets
